Description, Duties, Tasks:

• Financial reporting, monthly close, filings, annual and semi-annual reporting.
• Managing a staff of 3, supervising their work and also performing various hands on tasks such as financial reports, budgets, forecasting, and month end close.
• Financial and statistical modeling, forecasting, and pro forma analysis.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s in accounting or Finance.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience
• Strong GAAP and accrual accounting experience
• Strong month end close skills.
