Description: TASTE is looking for an energetic, hard-working, and talented addition to its Finance, Accounting and Administrative team. Specifically, we are seeking a Bookkeeper for our stores and catering division.
The Bookkeeper will work closely with our Controller and Accounting Manager to capture the daily operations of the Taste accounting team, including:

• Daily financial transaction analysis and recording
• Invoicing and collection on accounts receivable
• Vendor invoice entries and payments
• Periodic financial/accounting reconciliation
• Business license management
• Financial records management
• Special projects

. Requirements: Bookkeeper:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress) OR relevant past work experience
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices and standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel and Word and Excel
• Hard-working and willing to dive right in and
• Hospitable, outgoing and team-first approach

• Job location is our Headquarters facility in Virginia Beach
• Full-time role, Monday-Friday
